The State Creates War, Famine, & Pestilence

If we see that the state . . . creates wars, then insists that it be the military solution to them.. . . creates economic recessions/depressons, then insists on being the monetary, fiscal, and regulatory solution them. Might we also deduce. . . that the state would inflict us with a pestilence, then INSIST that
